USU Product Line Receives Coveted International

The highly respected ITIL consultancy Pink Elephant has certified the compatibility of the integrated products Valuemation, USU KnowledgeCenter and ZIS-System with 12 ITIL v3 processes. With this certification, the Business Service Management provider USU is now one of the three manufacturers worldwide that have met the functional and integration requirements to conform to 12 - and more - ITIL v3 processes. After an objective examination process, USU received the ITIL v3 seal of approval for the product line Valuemation 3.6 in the following disciplines: Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Service Portfolio, Service Catalog, Service Asset & Configuration, Service Level and Financial Management as well as Knowledge Management and Event and Availability Management. The following USU products were also certified: In the category of Knowledge Management, the USU KnowledgeCenter Suite (Version 4.8); and in the area of Event and Availability Management, the product ZIS-System 5.3 from the USU subsidiary LeuTek.
